Ingredients

  • Milk

    800 ml

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Cherry

    100 g

1. Mix in a large bowl using a whisk milk, cream and yoghurt.

2. Pour the milk mixture in a jar with a volume of 1 l, add cherries, cover with the lid. 3. Place the can in the housing of the fermenter, select "Fermentation", set the time to 10 hours.

4. At the end of the cooking time put the yogurt in the fridge. 5. Stir the yogurt so that the cherries are distributed evenly, spread the yogurt in a bowl and serve Breakfast.
