  • Chicken egg

  • Salmon

    50 g

  • Crab sticks

    50 g

  • Paprika sweet

    2 g

  • Soda

    3 g


1. Place in mixing bowl all ingredients (except crab sticks and salmon).
2. Select "Blender", speed up to 7, time 30 seconds and stir until smooth. 3. Select the mode "Heating", temperature 80 C, time is 20 minutes, speed 3. 4. Cook until a homogeneous mass, similar to the liquid molten cheese.
5. Add chopped salmon and crab sticks in the hot cheese, toss in the "Blender", speed 4 for 10 seconds.
6. Pour curd in a deep bowl or container, cool to room temperature, stir, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
7. Serve as a cold snack on a half-cut wheat bread.
