  • Garlic

  • Dill

Thaw, wash, gut the mackerel, remove the backbone, remove the bones and fins (making fillets), cut into pieces of about 2-3 cm, as you prefer

In a plastic bag pour salt. My, cleaned from sticks dill, squeeze to rid of excess moisture, cut, added to the package. Peel the garlic and press out the garlic press and send the same direction.
