Chocolate raspberry cake
Delicious chocolate cheese cake and raspberry jam. Very tender, juicy and attractive. Nice decorate everyday and festive table. Quick and easy to prepare.

  • Instant coffee

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Milk

    100 ml

Cooking

Eggs, cold coffee, milk, sugar and butter, beat

Add the cocoa, baking powder and flour, whisk

Egg, cheese and jam whip

Half of the dough pour into mold lined with baking paper, top with cottage cheese cream

Lay out scraps of dough and send a cake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 gr
