Cooking

step-0
I bake eggplant in the oven. While the eggplants bake, make the dough and filling.
step-1
Warm water mixed with olive oil, add salt, flour and knead the dough. Sorry for quality of photos: the sun bakes into the Windows after lunch that there's nothing you can do.
step-2
Prepare the filling: Adyghe cheese to grate on cucumbers, add the cottage cheese, add chopped eggplants, add the eggs (leave a little yolk for brushing) and greens+herbs (I added herbes de Provence).
step-3
The eggplant cool and get a spoon the pulp. Mash it with a fork and add to the stuffing. Mix well and taste for salt (add salt carefully, since Adygei cheese is salty).
step-4
Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. A large part of the roll out and lay in shape.
step-5
From top to spread the filling
step-6
And cover a smaller portion of the test. Prick top of cake with fork
step-7
And brush with remaining yolk.
step-8
Put to bake in preheated to 180*C oven for 40-45 minutes. Here's a ruddy pie we did it! Acidity of Adygei cheese, puff pastry and eggplants is not only delicious, it is delicious! Help yourself to health!
