Juicy pie with black currant
This cake is a real joy in winter, when so want berries, sheer delight!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Black currants

    400 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 tsp

Cooking

Flour mixed with baking powder and salt, sift into a deep bowl, add sugar and butter and mix to get something like crumbs.

Add warm water, knead the dough, if necessary add more flour. The dough is put in a bag and leave for 1 hour.

Black currants mixed with sugar, starch.

Form 20 cm in diameter grease. Divide the dough into two parts, one part is greater, another less. From most to roll out the circle, put into a form, making a high side.

Sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs, they'll absorb excess moisture and the dough will get soggy. On top of crackers spread berries. From the second piece of dough roll out round and place on the berries. Edge is good to take. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Then place on the grill and let cool slightly.
