Cooking
Here are our ingredients.
Spread all the cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl, mix. Separately whisk egg and add to the curd. Again all mix well, add the brown sugar (I had few, 2-3 table. spoon, someone may be enough so much, but we like sweeter, so I added more vanilla and sugar). Again all mix well.
Then add potato starch (I substitute them with flour, because with him the pancakes turn out much thicker and softer)

Pour into a separate bowl the flour, but in the meantime we have heated the pans. Spread one tablespoon ground into flour and gently formed little cheesecake (very gently coat it in flour)
Spread on the preheated pan and fry until Golden brown on both sides. If You will be hard to flip the pancakes (they will spread), add to the dough a little more starch.
