Minced meat
One of the most popular dishes from my childhood school days of the Soviet Union.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Beef /I have a mixed pork - beef/ salt and pepper, add the chopped onions and Khmeli suneli.

Quickly fry the meat in vegetable oil, stirring constantly and breaking up lumps, until around this condition.

Add in minced hot water /about 100 ml /volume depends on the size of the pan, season with its Bay leaf and pepper and leave to stew on very low heat. 15 minutes later refill the stuffing whipped cream and sour cream. At the same time, you can sprinkle it with a teaspoon of flour and add seasoning.

Extinguishing time depends on how soft You want the meat to get to the exit. Mine today were extinguished 20 minutes until cooked potatoes.
