For each family of meatballs, basically, is a common dish. I offer to cook festive cakes, which will serve as a great second course and with the family and for entertaining.

Cooking
In a bowl sprinkle the breadcrumbs and pour the milk. Let stand for 10-15 minutes, until they absorb the milk.
Wash and dry the bell pepper. Cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Bake in the oven or microwave, cool and remove the skin, then finely chop. I'm not baked, and just cut small cubes.
In the beef add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman and optional salt. Mix well.
To the mince add the bell pepper, garlic and onion (put through blender or grinder), parsley and dill (finely chopped), cheese (grated on medium or fine grater), breadcrumbs and egg. Mix well.
To form patties and lay them in a baking dish, preliminary greased with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven (t=180 C) for about 20-30 minutes (focus on your oven). The cutlets will be juicy, bright and delicious.
