Cooking
1. Mix in a large bowl using a whisk milk with yogurt.
2. Pour the resulting mass in a container for making yogurt, containers, close the lids.
3. Place the containers in a tray dehydrator, set temperature to - 40C, time - 8 hours.
4. At the end of the cooking time, put the containers with the yogurt upside down in a tray with sides to drain the whey. Remove the tray with containers in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
