Jelly
Tasty, tender, and very simple and easy to prepare dessert.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Coffee natural

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

100 ml cream add gelatin, stir and let it swell for 10 minutes.

Then warm it in the microwave for 1 minute at a power of 300 watts. Gelatin needs to dissolve completely.

The remaining 300 ml cream a bit of heat, add coffee, add sugar. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste. Then sweetened cream, add the gelatin, stir.

Pour mixture over kremanku/glasses/cha Scam and put into the refrigerator until fully cured.

Jelly is ready. I recommend to decorate it with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
