A wonderful treat with a wonderful chocolate-mint flavor! Brown sugar will add an extra caramel flavor, and sesame is an interesting finish. A piece of Fudge with a Cup of tea or coffee and life is good again, and beautiful! This dessert is very simple and very fast. Cooking
In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the condensed milk. Add sugar and salt. Mix well.
Then add the milk and mix again.
Now add the cocoa-powder, sifted through a sieve (to avoid lumps), mix well.
Heat the mixture to a boil and on medium heat cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk, to not burnt.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the mint extract and whisk 2 minutes. Your eyes will begin to thicken.
Add sesame seeds, stir quickly.
Pour the mixture into the mold and let cool slightly. Cut into squares half the thickness of the mixture. Then allow to cool Fudge completely, sending her to the fridge. Before serving, break the fondant into pieces for the past several lines. I, of course, to outline the lines I forgot, so I just broke a knife and then the fondant into pieces, that's all;)
