Bean soup with chicken
Original bean soup of white beans, tomato, potatoes. As all of beans is slow, but the result is always pleasing.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken's leg

  • Chili

  • Parsley

Prepare the products.

In the evening or early in the morning we soaked a Cup of white beans - occasionally changing the water. The soaking time varies, depending on the grade is 3.5-4 hours.

In the morning boil the broth from the chicken legs. Cooking time is roughly about an hour. At the end of cooking remove from broth chicken drumstick

Drain and rinse the beans. Add it to the broth and cook for about an hour.

Begin to prepare filling soup. Cut into thin half-rings onion. On a coarse grater RUB the carrots.
