Chicken pate
This nutritious and healthy pate of boiled chicken with a bright, beautiful color became a regular guest on our table. It has a delicate texture and pleasant taste. It is important that its composition You won't find butter or mayonnaise, so this recipe is quite suitable for watching your figure. And thanks to the microwave it is prepared very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

    0.125 tsp

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

Boil the fillets in the microwave. To do this, put the chicken in a bowl suitable for microwave and pour boiling water to cover fillets. Cover and bring to a boil. At a power of 1000 watts it will take 3-4 minutes. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes until tender. Ready chicken to make out the fibers. (Tip: to speed up the process, a fillet can be cut into small pieces.)

While the chicken is cooking, boil and peel the eggs.

Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Pour a small amount of water, add salt, pepper, Bay leaf and rosemary. To cook in the microwave at a power of 1000 watts 2-2.5 minutes.

Carrots to get out of the water and put it in the blender (water is not pour!). Add the chicken, eggs, salt, garlic, ginger, turmeric and red pepper.

Whisk to a paste. If necessary, you can add water, remaining after cooking of carrots (after removing it from the pepper and Bay leaf). I took 1 tsp. If desired, you can use chicken broth (but I added "carrot" of the water and to give the paste color).
