Casserole of buckwheat with minced meat, mushrooms and cheese
A very hearty casserole with a minimum of calories.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    200 g

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Boil buckwheat until tender.

Onions cut into small cubes.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Carrots and onions fry in small amount of vegetable oil until tender.

Mushrooms cut into large strips.

Pepper cut into small cubes. Mushrooms and peppers fry in a pan without oil until tender.

In a saucepan put the chilled buckwheat, vegetables, meat.

Add salt, favorite seasonings, mix well.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. To postpone 1/3

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt until thick foam.

Mix beaten eggs and 2/3 of the grated cheese.

Add cheese-egg mixture to the rest of the ingredients, again mix well.

The resulting mass put into the form, tamping and bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Take the casserole out of the oven.

Sprinkle the casserole the remaining 1/3 of cheese and send in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.

The finished casserole can be eaten both hot and cold. It is very satisfying! Small piece missing that would eat.
