Buckwheat in Boyarsky
My husband does not like buckwheat. I do not know from childhood or from the army and I have each time to come up with some gravy, sauce or something. Recently I have found in the net for this recipe. Prepared. My husband said delicious! O_o :)

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brisket

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Buckwheat wash, pour 2 cups of cold water and cook until the liquid is evaporated on low heat.

Onions finely chop and fry until Golden brown

Bacon cut into strips and add to the onions, lightly fry.

Next add the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes.

When buckwheat is cooked add it to the fried mixture and salt to taste.

Boiled eggs cut into strips, parsley finely chop, add to porridge and stir.
