Soup with beef and rice noodles in Korean
In search of a new delicious soup I went to sail upon the boundless ocean of the Internet. And now, let's see what I managed to catch! Absolutely divine soup! Wonderfully tasty!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vermicelli

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chili

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Sesame

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Water

    2.25 l

Cooking

Meat cut into thin slices and marinate 1 hour in mixture of soy sauce, chopped parsley, sugar and Chile.

Then boil 2 liters of water, drop it in the meat along with the marinade and then boil it on low heat.

Meanwhile, the mushrooms (I have mushrooms) slice fairly coarsely.

Fry the mushrooms in butter, salt

Pour 250 ml of hot water and saute the mushrooms for 10 minutes.

Add the mushrooms together with the liquid in the soup, salt to taste and cook for 10 minutes. Add the chopped garlic, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid, so the soup was drawn.

Here's the rice noodles and soy sauce.

Rice noodles cook 5 minutes in salted water, drain and rinse with water.
