Cupcake Butterfly
There is nothing better than a Cup of good tea or coffee with freshly baked cake. Offer you a recipe of small cake. It is so quickly prepared that for a while until the kettle boils, the food will be on your Desk.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    125 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Coconut

Cooking

To heat the oven. Sift the flour through a sieve.

To the flour add the powdered sugar, butter and eggs.

Give everything a good whisk until smooth.

Put into molds, greased (I still sprinkled with semolina for easy taking out). Bake for 15-20 minutes, until when tapping the top will bounce.

The cream may be different, that is, the one which you like.In this recipe I prefer a dry whipping cream. They quickly whipped and hold their shape well.

Well, now depicted the butterfly. The finished cake to cut the top off and cut it in half.It will be the wings.
