Cooking
1. Strawberries to thaw, put in the blender (juice not drained), add sugar, gelatin and vanilla.
2. Good to grind until smooth.
3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Add to the strawberry mass. To leave a lot of gelatin to swell for 30-40 minutes.
4. Pour into a saucepan and on slow fire to heat, to dissolve gelatin. Mass is not BOILED. Continue to cool the mass to a "light warmth"
5. In the same saucepan, whisk the ground at high speed of mixer until airy and creamy. The mixture should turn white and buy pink.
6. Pour the mousse into a metal mold with a parchment. (I had a form of bread and cake). Keep our dessert in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Cut and serve. The mousse, the jelly can be used for layer cakes.
