Dessert
New year's eve, when to eat does not want, and I want to watch the new year's concert and just drink tea with something light - this dessert just perfect. Under a thick layer of whipped cream, decorated with chocolate figures lurking apricot jelly with mashed apricots.

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

    250 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

Cooking

step-0
Wash the apricots, put it in a saucepan with 300 ml water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and leave to swell for 1 hour.
step-1
Then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until dried fruits are soft. Put the apricots with a slotted spoon to a blender (save the liquid) and purée. To give a more homogeneous mass I rubbed the puree through a sieve. In the resulting mass, add the saved liquid and boiled water - you should get 400 ml.. Pour Jell-o 1 Cup boiling water and cook as directed on the package of jelly. Mix the puree and the jelly, if needed, add powdered sugar to taste, pour into a form and cool in the refrigerator until firm, I left for the night.
step-2
Choose drawings of snowflakes and reindeer on the Internet, print per sheet ( I made 4 snowflakes and 3 deer for hedging, suddenly, in the removal from paper chocolate figures, some piece will break off). Sheet with pictures put on cardboard, the top sheet of baking paper. Melt the chocolate in ΜV, place in a plastic bag, cut the edge of the bag and squeeze the chocolate on the outline drawings, put it in the fridge to solidify. Take chocolate with a cocoa content of products not less than 45%, if you take fewer, the finished figures after 15 minutes, begin to melt, in this case put the pieces on dessert before the takeaway on the holiday table.
step-3
Dip for a few seconds in the form of jelly in boiling water and invert on a platter. Whip the cream with the packet of thickener. Cover the jelly with cream, decorate as desired.
