Terrine cheese
Offer a recipe for lovers of cheese, cottage cheese. Terrine makes a delicious (IMHO). They can completely replace Breakfast or dinner or to use as snacks.

  • Sunflower oil

So, the first thing are preparing our the bulk. Cheese, cheese, garlic + some herbs and whisk until smooth (I used a food processor, you can all skip through Mincer). A taste, only then add salt (if needed, depending on saltiness of cheese), pepper, maybe even a little garlic. After adding diluted according to the instructions gelatin, only to take some water, about 50 ml.

Take the rest of the greens, finely chop it. A little salt and pepper and add a little sunflower oil. Take the form, cover it with cling film, lay out a layer of greens (about half).

Pepper (it is better to take red and yellow to contrast look in section) pre-bake in the oven until cooked (it should be very soft). Transfer to a plastic bag, tie it and leave for 10-20 minutes, then with pepper very well removed the skin. From pepper to remove the seeds, we don't need them. Cut it in half or quarters (depending on the size of the pepper). On the greens lay out a layer of roasted pepper (also about half).

On pepper pour half of cheese mixture. And put in the refrigerator to layer a bit to grab. Then repeat the layers: greens, pepper, curd. And again in the refrigerator until fully cured.

Before submitting the form to overturn, remove film, cut into pieces and decorate as desired.
