Cooking
The products required.
Canned fish put in a bowl, oil drain pre. I used salmon.
Mash the fish with a fork.
Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices, not thicker than 5 mm.
Onions and carrots to overcook, then add soy sauce and stir.
Removable grease a form with butter (half to leave for the filling), although it has a Teflon coating, but due to the fact that I use it quite often, coverage is not new.
A layer of dough to roll out, slightly prisypaya flour based on the size of its shape.
Put the dough in the form. Protruding corners can be cut, these pieces will be useful for decoration.
On fish spread onion-carrot peretarka.
The next layer put potatoes, a little salt and pepper.
Put the potatoes oil cut into slices.
Roll out second layer of dough.
Optionally, figuratively to issue from the region, but in the process a clear picture is not saved.
In several places prick with a fork.
From the remnants of dough can be cut flowers.
And here are the finished flowers.
To cook the yolk for lubrication.
Grease the pie with egg yolk.
Spread on pie ready flowers.
Flowers also brush it with egg yolk.
If the dough is still a bit left, then you can put the little balls or whatever. I baked in a gas oven for 40 minutes on medium heat, placing the cake on top of the oven.
The cake is ready! So it looks immediately after baking, after some time it settle a bit, but it's not critical, because the dough I originally took unleavened.
