Pie with cheese and mushrooms
Though an unusual name, but very tasty!!! I often cook this cake, especially in the country, when there is little time. Not difficult to prepare and quick to eat!! Eaten quickly, happy to tell You how to prepare this hearty and delicious pie! Please-go now!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    130 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Greens

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

Cheese I'm taking 15%-much tastier, and although the recipe and the sour cream 30%, but they do now with 15% I did not see the difference

For the dough mix the flour with salt and sugar

RUB the yolks with chilled sour cream

Enter 1/3 of the flour, whisk

Add chopped cold butter,

The remaining flour and mix again all. Sculpt the dough into a ball and refrigerate for an hour

Mushrooms sauté. I do with different mushrooms and just grilled and mix marinated and fried-as it turns out

Combine the chopped herbs, grated cheese, spices with mushrooms

Add the cheese

Grate boiled by the time the eggs and combine with stuffing mix

Take the dough out of the fridge, roll out arbitrarily about the size of the form (I have 28)

Spread the batter into the pan (greased)

For the dough, the filling, even out and bake it in the oven for 25-30min at a temperature of 180 degrees

Pie to cool before serving-the filling to cool and be less likely to crumble. And it tastes better cold!
