Yeast pancakes without milk and eggs
This recipe I found when house was in pain and was not able to go to the grocery store, and to please the child something like. Here and found a recipe without eggs and milk. Since then, and bake that. Sometimes milk replace all water or part water. I used to have yeast pancakes did not work. These always work. It is important not to overdo the dough, and you will become bitter.

Ingredients

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    300 g

1. In warm water add salt, sugar, yeast and stir.

2. Then add the flour and stir again. (I always sift the flour).

3. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes. The capacity with the dough I put in a bowl of warm-hot water and cover it with a napkin.

After 20 minutes (dough will rise quite a bit) to gently mix the dough and leave (covered and warm) for another 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes (the dough will increase in three times).

Now fry our fritters. (The dough mix, and just recruit a spoon and spread on a pan).

For putting some dough on the pan I use or two spoons (one gain and the other clean off the frying pan), or just a finger with a spoon clean off.

If the dough is very thick, it was suggested to grease your hands with oil, pinch off dough, shape and lay on pan. So thick I never did.
