Dough "brick" is a traditional Eastern cuisine. On this basis prepare a variety of snacks and sweets. Dough using semolina, baked very thin tortillas. The trick is that you put it on the pan with a brush in two layers. This allows to obtain supple, but at the same time, the subtlest and most delicate cakes. To turn these pellets can be of various stuffing: meat mince, herbs and egg, cheese with herbs, boiled potatoes with herbs and much more. Crispy, delicious pies from this dough called "Brik". Products for the test are available in every kitchen. We also need a pan of small diameter (~ 16-18 cm), preferably non-stick bottom, brush and shovel.
Mix in a bowl the flour, semolina and salt.
Pour the water and rapidly stir the dough with a spatula until complete disappearance of lumps. The dough liquid.
