Easter cake
Every year, I bake cakes using different recipes. This year the recipe was very good, in my opinion. Moderately moist, moderately sweet, in General, such as I love. To baking cakes not to be difficult, I just measured out the required amount of food, everything else was cooked by my husband. Output - 3 medium cakes. I cooked 6 pieces.

Ingredients

Candied fruits and raisins pour brandy and leave for a while. Milk to heat, weigh 15 g of yeast.

RUB the yeast with sugar, pour warm milk, leave for 15 minutes.

Add 200g sifted flour, knead the dough. Cover with plastic wrap, put in warm place to rise for at least 1 hour.

Add the egg yolks and sugar (add sugar first, 150 g, try the dough in the taste, perhaps this amount would be enough), mix well the dough. Add the ground nutmeg, cardamom, zest, and vanilla.

After some time kneading the dough will become elastic, but sticky. Grease hands with vegetable oil odourless, roll the dough into a ball. Cover the bowl with cling film, put in a warm place for another hour to go.

Pour the cognac with candied fruit and raisins, slightly powder them with flour, add to batter, mix well.

Put the ball of dough in the form, it should be filled by 1\3. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and allow to rest the dough 30-40 minutes in a warm place. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven without convection for 40-50 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick. Remove the cakes from the oven, place on side to cool. Every 15 minutes flip to side not hurting.

Whip the egg whites until stable peaks with a pinch of salt, gradually add the sugar or powdered sugar and lemon juice. The cooled cakes, spread the protein frosting, sprinkle with sugar Easter sprinkles.
