Recently bought a Church pamphlet with recipes of Easter cakes and Easter and could not resist not to try new recipes. Although the recipe of the cake I have 2 years do not change, but trying new recipes never cease. And this recipe attracted me in an unusual way making the dough. Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Raisins

    1 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cardamom

    1 pinch

  • Nutmeg

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Chop in 0.5 cups of warm milk yeast, add 1 tbsp flour and sugar. I put the bowl of dough in a pan of warm water until caps.

Flour, butter, sugar, and 1 Cup of boiling milk knead the dough. It will be very crumbly.

In the dough add the yeast mixture, mix well, cover with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place.

When the dough will increase (I have 1 hour increased 1.5 times), stir in 3 egg yolks, beaten with a pinch of salt, then whipped into foam proteins and steamed raisins.

Put the batter into the pan and allow to rise 30 minutes, covered with a towel.

Bake at 180*C until Golden color.

Do not wait until quite cool to see the cut. Fluffy and slightly damp out a fruit cake. I baked half the rules, and of this amount leaves 2 large or 4 medium cakes.
