No tale to tell, nor pen describe, what it turns out tender and tasty fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Fillet any fish slice, wash, dry.

Prepare the batter: grate cheese on a fine grater and mix with beaten eggs, salt and flavoring.

I got great pleasure from the delicate fish. The batter is delicious.

Heat good oil in a frying pan. Dip fish in batter and fry from two parties to readiness. Bon appetit!!!
