Description
This is a very tasty dish, an unusual option for a summer feast under the open sky next to the grill. And during Lent - is simply irreplaceable, when friends or family are going to have a barbecue, as the squid like other seafood is permitted to eat (except very strict days, when not allowed even vegetable oil).

Cooking
Squid washed, cleaned of viscera and chitin plates. Cut into 4 longitudinal strips. That is, first in half lengthwise, then in half again, also lengthwise. RUB with salt and pepper. Strung on wooden sticks-skewers, soaked in water or vegetable oil. Put in a container. Prepare the marinade - lemon vinegar (how to do it, I showed here http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/44066/ ) blend with vegetable oil without smell, add dry spices to Your taste, I usually oregano or Basil (or both). The marinade for our kebabs and leave to marinate for a few hours in a cool place. Periodically turn the skewers to squid marinated evenly.
Fry on hot coals for about 3 minutes on each side, pour at once with the remaining marinade.
