I represent to your attention its own version of the soup "the taste and color". The soup is very delicate in taste, nutritious and low-calorie. His composition speaks for itself. The soup was prepared well before the competition, and it was not intended for him. But seeing the competition, I decided to participate. Although I think that almost every recipe if you wish, you can lead a healthy diet with proper selection of ingredients. So, the soup is already there, and it offer. Cooking

Our ingredients are. In five-liter saucepan.

In boiling water put half of a rooster, cook for about 20 minutes. Then we report our vegetables (carrots, parsley root, leek, celeriac) and spices (black pepper, Bay leaf, marjoram, lovage), salt. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Purified pumpkin cut into cubes, add 50 grams of water and cook for 15 minutes. Grind in a blender.

Take out the cooked rooster and vegetables. The broth is filtered through cheesecloth.

To the basic composition are added to 1 kg of pureed tomatoes and 150 g of tomato paste.
