Description
In the holidays treat yourself and your children the magical taste of these wonderful cakes. After tasting a slice, you will feel a soft vanilla cream soaked juicy flesh of ripe strawberries and melting chocolate in bulk. And all this wonder, combined with air baked cream-meringue and crispy chips, makes this a unique Christmas dessert!

Cooking
Chilled margarine chopped, add 2 eggs, 1/2 Cup sugar, a packet of vanillin, grind and add the flour, about 2 cups.
Knead the dough well. Wrap it in clingfilm and put in the fridge.
Prepare the vanilla custard: 2 egg yolks beat with a bag of vanilla and 1/2 Cup sugar, add 1tbsp. L. flour and 2st. L. starch and whisk. Milk heated almost to boiling and pour it into the yolk mass by the spoonful, whisking continuously mix with a mixer.
Heating the mass over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add 1tbsp. L. butter and whisk until dissolved.
Cream turns out very tender and flavorful.
Get the chilled dough to separate from him for 1/4 part (put it in the freezer), another part of the roll out on the table. Cut glass or a saucer circles the size of the molds.
The sides of the molds well to miss the mark, and the bottom is covered oiled paper, put them in the circles of dough, press it on the sides. Put 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla cream and stuff for a few frozen strawberries (slightly pressed them into the cream).
Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
To get cold the dough, grate it on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top of chocolate in each mold.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool in tins.
While cakes are cooling, prepare the cream-meringue: protein whip into a thick foam, gradually add powdered sugar, whisking continuously. Add citric acid and beat for 1 minute.
Carefully remove the cakes from the molds, put them on a baking tray, squeeze the top of the pyramid of cream-meringue from a pastry bag or package. Put in the oven for 5 minutes to lightly "pozzolatico" the tips (and for heat treatment of protein cream)
