Cooking
Each Apple cut into 8 slices and remove the core
In the bowl of the MV select program "Baking" (or Broiling, stir-Frying), set time 25 min. Melt half the butter, add chopped apples and 50 g of sugar. Sauté the apples, stirring occasionally until the end of the program (lid not to close!). Make sure the apples are not mashed potatoes. Maybe for roasting require less time.
While fried apples, take the paste. In the sifted flour sift with baking powder, add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Mix well.
In a separate bowl whisk the rest of the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and again whisk the mixture.
Add 1 tbsp flour and whisk the mixture. Then add 1 tbsp Apple jam (I have strawberry, because Apple, as required by the recipe just was not at home), and again whisk the mixture.
Alternately add flour and jam, and whisk well each time the dough. We end with the flour, and whisk our dough until, until it becomes smooth (see photo)
Spread the batter on the fried apples, select the program "Baking" and wait for the end of the program.
Readiness check cake with a wooden skewer and take out with bowls for roasting. Let the cupcake cool down and optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
