Description
This week's project for me is the hardest! The thing is that I can't bake either in a slow cooker or in the oven. Last time dealing with the baking of biscuits was in school when my friends and I baked a cake "Zebra& quot;. So for this week I chose a simple and uncomplicated recipes. One of them honey buns for a couple. Before that, I had no idea that a couple can cook something other than dumplings. What was my surprise when after 40 minutes I got beautiful and soft rolls. Much flavor stood there while they were preparing... Invited to tea! For the recipe thanks to Helen eastflower from LJ!

Cooking
I changed the recipe a bit - reduced the sugar and added sesame seeds. Prepared in multivarka Vitek-4205. 1. Butter cut into cubes. The grind flour with butter into crumbs. Add the baking soda.
2. Beat eggs with sugar, add honey and whip.
3. Add flour mixture, sesame seeds, mix and knead the dough. If the dough sticks to hands, given way to little flour until it will gather into a soft ball. I'm probably a little overdone with the flour, the ball was a bit tight, but the dough still rolled easily. Wrap the dough in a bag and remove 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. In the bowl multivarki pour water. Put on top of the bowl for roasting and grease it with oil. Pinch off from the dough small pieces of dough and roll balls (about 3 cm in diameter). Balls to put in the bowl multivarki at a distance from each other of about 2 cm, because they will increase in size and may stick together. My dough quantity is enough for two batches of rolls.
5. Set the mode steaming 40 minutes. Cook until the end of the program. Before serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
