Bread rolls with filling
Delicious mini moterbike, suitable for a snack and for tea.

Ingredients

  • Baton

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Black pepper

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Mayonnaise

With the loaf,remove the crust

with a sharp knife cut into very thin layers (I did not succeed very thin). The thinner you slice the bread, the better it will be saturated.

To make the filling for the cheese roll. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, grated on a fine grater, red pepper, cut into small cubes. Mix everything carefully.

Make a second filling. Finely chopped herbs and beat with a mixer together with butter.

Bread layers of cheese fluff filling and oil filling.

Next, take the sausage and cut into thin plates. Spread it over the oil filling. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes.

Gently roll the plate into rolls and wrap them in plastic wrap. Ship the rolls in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
