Pumpkin soup with lentils
Easy to prepare soup with an unusual taste. If You love the taste of pumpkin, this soup will be popular in Your home.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Ginger

Soaked for 30 minutes lentils (a Cup - 250 ml) boil in a small quantity of water (1 liter).

Sent cleaned and cut into pieces the pumpkin to the onions and carrots. The amount of pumpkin depends on your desire (the bigger the pumpkin, the thicker the soup).

Further to the languishing vegetables add optional: curry, ginger piece (cut into rings), salt, pepper, herbs (I only take parsley, but you can add what You like... unusual touch gives a sprig of tarragon).

In the throes of the vegetables under a lid until cooked all the ingredients (about 15-20 minutes will be enough). All this time the lentils are actively brewed side by side, in anticipation of meeting with the vegetables.

Now everything is quite simple. add a ladle of broth from the lentils to the vegetables to make a lot thinner.
