Ingredients

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Raisins

  • Apple

  • Flour almond

    20 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

Cooking

Apple peel, cut into cubes. Wash the raisins. I used dried apricots, so cut it. Separate the whites from the yolks. We need the latter.

Milk pour into a saucepan, add the vanilla sugar and zest.

Bring the milk to boil and thin stream pour semolina and sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
