Recently, I became interested in German cuisine. I love the Germans meats. And like the ingredients are simple. Well, there is meat, onion, apples... But here are a couple of touches, unconventional approach and have already obtained unusually tasty dish. Pork chops in a surprisingly delicate, delicious, creamy Apple sauce, tastes like Apple cream. But Apfelkren (apfel creme) the translation is Apple cream.

Ingredients
