(option) I previously showed roll out puff pastry, and now I want to tell you about the same roll, but with a different filling.
Ingredients

Coconut shavings

Vanilla

Sugar
-
Prunes
-
Raisins
-
Cheese

Puff pastry

Yolk egg
Cooking
Take the puff pastry
Lightly roll out
Prepare the filling; mix the cottage cheese, raisins, chopped prunes, sugar (to taste), vanilla and a little coconut and spread on dough. Collapsible rolls, make notches, grease with egg yolk and bake it in the oven.
Bake at a temperature of 180-190*C until ready.
Here and ready to roll! Delicious, tender, flavorful!!!
