Pasta with mince and cheese in the oven
Very easy recipe and very hearty and tasty dish! The cheese sauce makes it very sweet, you must like it!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil pasta for several minutes, they will almost dovarenny. Drain in a colander, drain and put back in the pan, adding a spoonful of butter or sunflower oil to not stick together.

In a skillet, saute ground beef with onion, salt, pepper and any other seasonings to taste. Stew, Bay of water, about 25-30 minutes, until the water evaporates.

In a small saucepan melt the butter, add the flour and stir, pour the milk and bring to a boil.

As soon as the milk boils, turn off the heat and add the cheese to the pan, stir until you get a homogeneous mass of cheese sauce!

Take form oven, sprinkle with oil, spread on her half of the pasta on top of pasta put our stuffing.

On top lay the remaining pasta and evenly pour cheese sauce!

On top sprinkle the remaining cheese and put into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
