Cooking
Butter and cheese at room temperature beat for about a minute.
Add the powdered sugar, bicarbonate of soda and continue to beat until creamy.
The egg slightly beat with a fork. Add the egg, zest and orange juice in a cheese-oil mixture. Mix it all together.
Add the flour and stir it on a medium speed. When the dough begins to gather into a single clump - it's ready.
Put the dough on the floured surface and slightly knead it. The dough is very soft to the touch and does not stick to hands. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Each roll into a sausage length of about 20 cm and a thickness of 4-5 cm.
Each sausage roll in candy sprinkles, wrap in cling film and put into the freezer for 20-30 minutes. In the original recipe instead of topping used coconut.
Cut sausages into slices thickness approximately 1 see to Lay them on the baking tray lined with parchment. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at temperature of 180*C (350*F).
Top of cookies should not brown, it needs to be the same light as before baking.
