I offer you a creamy soup with millet groats and mushrooms, cooked in a slow cooker. The soup looks delicious and hearty, but not heavy. Plus, it is quick and easy. The process of preparing products within a matter of minutes, and the rest is done by the slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Rinse millet and pour boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse again.

Onions and carrots cut into small cubes.

Mushrooms cut into slices.

In a bowl put the MV millet, onions, carrots and mushrooms.
