Brazilian carrot cake
Immediately say, that the identical recipe is on the site. In my defense I will say that it is clearly not used when cooking interrupted cooking technology, and in this cake it is very, very original, besides, the recipe does not contain step-by-step photos, well, slightly different ingredients, which is not very substantial. And the cake is absolutely gorgeous. And most importantly - easy to prepare and budget. In a word - solid harmony.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

The main ingredient. Prepare it: wash, peel and finely chop.

Add to the eggs, carrots, vegetable oil and a pinch of salt and grind immersion blender to maximum uniformity. It turns a sort of suspension puree, silky and soft.
