Salad
Nice and very succulent salad with vegetables and canned salmon. Gentle and nourishing, but at the same time easy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salmon

    1 can

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Eggs, cucumber cut into small dice. Tomatoes slightly larger. Greens finely chop

With a tin can to drain the excess fluid. Pull the bones from the fish and remove the skin ( very easy). A fork is not very finely cut the fish and add to the salad

Add the oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Salad mix gently.
