Flavored olive oil various herbs, spices, garlic etc. All you will prompt your imagination! This time I decided to make with garlic, fresh hot pepper and dry Basil.
Garlic and pepper wash, dry well. Remove the pepper seeds. All cut into slices.
In a dry glass container with airtight lid, pour in the olive oil. Add chopped garlic, pepper and dry Basil. Stir, cover and leave for 1 week in a cool dark place. Not in the fridge.
A week later, the oil is ready! It is necessary to drain. To store more than 10 days not worth it. It is better to do in small quantities. Bon appetit!!!
