Meat with funchoza
This recipe I took from the magazine "Love to cook!" No. 11, 2010, just, have contributed minor changes, tried to cook and turned out very original and tasty. Cellophane is rice noodles, which has neither taste nor smell. But when you cook this recipe, it acquires a rich flavor of meat and vegetables, and looks very impressive – "glass" noodles.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cellophane

    1 pack

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Composition:

Carrots sliced or cut into strips.

Onion cut into half rings (can be smaller).

The meat is cut into thin strips.

Funchoza boil according to the instructions (I have 3 minutes in boiling water), ...

... cast in a colander and rinse with cold water. I have a cellophane in the form of "noodles", when traditionally it is a form of "spaghetti". But the taste remains the same.

In a deep pan add olive oil for frying.

In a hot frying pan put the meat, fry it for 5 minutes, salt, pepper to taste...
