Cooking
In eggplant scrub the middle and potseluem it. Cut into thin slices garlic, onion, pepper, tomato and bacon.
Bacon sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add up the required vegetables in the eggplant layers. The first layer of the garlic.
Then peppers, then tomatoes, slightly salt them.
The last layer of stacked bacon.
On a lightly greased form put the eggplant around the disposable layers of the remaining vegetables. It's tomato, peppers, garlic and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Top lubricated sour cream. Place in the preheated oven until cooked until the bacon is Golden brown.
After 30 minutes take out the pan from the oven and sprinkle on top of sour cream with chopped greens.
"Agitated eggplant" is ready. Bon appetit.
