Lentil soup with mushrooms
Soup of lentils - tasty and healthy. Perhaps this soup and will find fans.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

  • Water

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Rinse the lentils, pour cold water and put on heat to boil.

Cut the potato cubes. And put in a pot of boiling water.

Carrots cut into half rings, onion cubes.

Carrots and onions fry in vegetable oil until soft. Along with the carrot and onion in a pan put the mushrooms (I had frozen).

Cooked lentils (a few spoonfuls, put the rest of the ingredients into the pan), and the rest remaining in the blender make a puree.

While our potatoes cook a little longer, add our mashed lentils. And interfere. Add 1 spoon vinegar, salt, pepper. Wait until boil. Bon appetit!!!
