Recently my husband brought home a pomelo. For a week it was lying around in the fridge. And then, finally, I decided him to cook something. It turned out very tasty and colorful salad.

Cooking
Fry in olive oil chicken.
Lettuce to pick large. Cut the cheese in thin slices. Mix chicken, lettuce, pomelo, cheese, cashew nuts, add olive oil and salt.
