Simple but at the same time original recipe of spring rolls. Cooking is a pleasure - no need to stand at the stove, quickly, cleanly, and most importantly - very tasty!

Cooking
Filling: chopped mushrooms put out with onions and adding 1 tsp of flour, fry a couple of minutes.
Pour over the cream, season with salt and pepper, add nutmeg and simmer until almost complete evaporation of the liquid.
Cool, add chopped boiled chicken and dill, mix well.
Dough: Sift the flour with baking powder, add salt, mix well. the egg and whisk, add milk and sugar, pouring in a thin stream in the flour, whisking to make a batter.
The muffin grease with vegetable oil, the bottom lay a baking paper circles. Fill 1.5 tbsp of dough.
Put on the dough 1 tablespoon of filling.
Pour over top 1 tbsp of dough.
Bake in preheated to 180" With the oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. Be guided by your oven!
The finished pancakes to cool in the form for 5 minutes, cut with a sharp knife edge on a circle, and then release from the mold.
Decorate with a sprig of dill and a slice of tomato.
