Recipe cooking tender liver, prepares simple and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Spices

  • Flour

For the marinade, mix wine, lemon juice, grated onion, spices (marjoram and pungent spices to taste, the sharper, the better) and salt. To cut liver slices and marinate for 2 days.

Then the slices of liver should roll slightly in flour

And fry in vegetable oil until tender.

In Brazilian at the end of frying add the mashed banana, sprinkle it with lemon juice, stir gently and serve with crisp rice. I fried bananas do not like, so was served just with boiled potatoes, green onion and dill :)
